Note to Students Pre-registering for the Scientific Symposium on March 24

Pre-registration is closed. Please note that pre-registration is required if you wish to attend events on March 23 or if you are a student wishing to take advantage of the free admission to the scientific symposium on March 24.

StemCONN is free to students, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors. Due to the overwhelming response by students to StemCONN, you may be waitlisted.  Please note our procedure will be as follows:

If you are the corresponding author for the StemCONN Scientific Poster Session, you will get preference and immediate confirmation to attend the StemCONN scientific symposium. Please email lori@harveymalis.com letting her know you have a poster and you plan to attend StemCONN.

If you are available to provide three hours of volunteer time to help with collating, organizing, and trucking materials to the hotel, you will get preference to attend the StemCONN scientific symposium.  The volunteer activity will take place at 300 George Street, Suite 561 in New Haven . Please email lori@harveymalis.com and let her know which day you are available.

Final student confirmations to all other students will go out March 13, 2009.

Refund Policy

In order to keep our prices down, no refunds will be made. Reservations can be transferred to others if desired. Substitutions can be made on the StemCONN Registration site.

All sessions will be held at the Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale, 155 Temple Street, New Haven, CT 06510.

Save Money ... Volunteer time March 18 or March 20

On March 18, 2009 and again on March 20, 2009 we will be pulling things together for the symposium (collating, organizing, trucking materials to the hotel) If you would like to give a block of three hours time, email lori@harveymalis.com. Students get hugs. Everyone else gets a free ticket to the scientific symposium.
